Our client is investigating coatings and surface treatments that will provide easier cleaning / self cleaning / antifouling, optical and tactile benefits whilst being transparent on multiple substrates.

Technology areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Hydrophobic and hydrophilic coatings
  • Anti-smudge and fingerprint coatings
  • Anti-reflective coating
  • Anti-Frost/Fog/Ice coatings
  • Anti-wear and anti-corrosion coatings
  • Anti-fouling coatings for marine applications
  • Biomimetic coatings for easy clean and self cleaning applications
